Inside Sales/Marketing Coordinator, Jacobs Engineering Group

Jacobs Engineering Group (Jacobs), a national engineering and architecture firm, seeks a dedicated Inside Sales/Marketing Coordinator with excellent written and verbal communications skills to support our Florida operations from our Tampa office.  In addition to excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills, this position requires the ability to multi-task and independently prioritize your workload while adhering to company guidelines.

The coordinator will be responsible for the timely development and preparation of technical qualifications, proposals and interview presentations , as well as the coordination of marketing and communications materials.  The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role by working with operations, project managers and regional marketing staff in a fast-paced marketing environment.

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
•    3+ years marketing experience
•    3+ years experience with MS Office Suite
